- Developed key accounts including the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, City of London and adjacent municipalities
- Accountable for the design and contract administration of municipal and related environmental engineering projects for clients in both private and public sectors
- Responsible as Senior Partner for the Municipal Engineering strategic business unit's profitability, revenue growth and staffing
- Assisted in the development of the architecture practice
Accomplishments
- Increased revenues for the Municipal Engineering Department from 10% to 45% of total corporate revenues
- Assisted in the growth and development of markets beyond London's geographical area to encompass more than 60 municipalities in the counties of Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, Lambton and Essex
- Assisted in the vertical integration of the organization from consulting engineering to incorporate other disciplines including architecture and design/build components

- Responsible for design, preparation of final plans, specifications and general supervision of construction related to drainage works, sewage works, watermains and roads in urban areas
- Collaborated in the design of storm and sanitary sewers, watermains and roads for international projects, in South America and the Middle East
- Conducted surveys, inspections and quantities in connection with major highway and sewage projects
- Assisted in establishing the South Western Ontario marketplace from start-up
